1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrenFeedback ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrenFeedback is a feedback management platform that allows you to collect, organize, and analyze user feedback from your applications. We provide SDKs for iOS and Android, along with web-based management tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Verify your email address within 7 days of registration

Email Verification Requirement: All users must verify their email address before they can create projects, subscribe to paid plans, or perform any actions that may incur costs. Accounts that remain unverified for 7 days will be automatically deleted along with all associated data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with fair use principles. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a high-quality service with maximum uptime. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.1 Free Tier

We currently offer our Service free of charge. This may change in the future, and we will provide advance notice before implementing any pricing changes.

6.2 Future Paid Plans

When paid plans become available:

• Payment processing will be handled securely through third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or in case of Service termination by us

• Paid subscribers will receive prorated refunds for unused service periods
• You will have the opportunity to export your data

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrenFeedback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
